At Jewelluster.com, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Please review the following guidelines:
Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@jewelluster.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. After receiving the returned item, we will promptly dispatch the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
